Tourism is arguably one of the driving factors for the economic success of Iloilo City. Of course, recent news suggest that while local developments are welcome here, many Ilonggos are afraid that the beaches of Iloilo, among other things, are in risk of being transformed into the next Boracay.

Presumably, there is a way to combat this: we just need to be “responsible” tourists. How does that go, though? Well, it may range everything from simply picking up after your trash or simply respecting Whang-od enough to give her enough space!

If you’ve got an hour to spare, then join the crew for this week’s discussion! Comments below are welcome!
